Our Humble Beginnings
From a Rented Truck to a Fleet of 15
In 2009, three firemen decided to change the way people view the moving industry. They knew that a moving company founded upon the work ethic, pride and trust that defines the fire service would be welcome in an industry lacking professionalism and starved for standards.
Their plan was simple—hire and train exceptional people and equip them with the best tools for the job. From here, First Due Movers was born.
Although we started modestly—with a rented truck and a 10’x10’ storage unit—today, we've grown into a business of 50+ employees with 15 trucks and a 20,000 sq. ft. storage space.
